Additionally, I think this manga is going to expand on the other characters' guilt and their own path of atonement. I mean, we've seen it already in small hints like Shiika visiting Yuri's grave and paying respects to her shrine. I'm guessing what she feels at the moment is something like "I'm sorry for what happened to you and I feel responsible and so I promise I will take care of your brother as if he were my own" while the mother feels guilty for not being able to protect either Kazuma or Yuri and is atoning herself by being a parental figure for orphans and currently trying rebuild her family with Shiika and Kazuma

Now I think the story have 2 assumptions :

• First, Shiika want a revenge from the start because MC kill his father. Maybe structured revenge so she can give him mental torture or some kind "emotional damage" after recovering his trauma.
• 2nd, instead revenge, Shiika saw MC as a hero because he saves her from her father. The wild assumption is, Shiika also a r*pe victim. Yeah it just assumption that probably her father not only abuse MC sister but also her own daughter. That's why she want to repay to be "his sister".

Well, the story is interesting but I hope it got good ending direction rather than bad ending.
