Sometimes you have plump, not so attractive woman (not attractive, not quite ugly, but also not plain) in manga who at least have the foundations of a beauty ( in other words, they could have been a beauty but life choices, stress, etc. got in the way).
Then you got the ones who are still attractive despite being plump (plump but their body features actually compliment it).
Sadly, I can't see either of that in her.
A big forehead isn't necessarily unattractive, it can actually be a charm point (Takagi [Takagi-san], Robin [One Piece], Tsuruya [Haruhi])...but it depends on how you use it. In her case, with her hair back like that... it looks like a receding hairline (and actually could be). Him giving her more volume so that it reaches over her forehead improved her looks greatly. Rather than her body, he should thin her eyebrows. the only thick eyebrows I approve of is the cute little ones they usually use for fox or bunny girls.

And damn....I put way too much thought into that. Reading while sleepy is scary.

I've re-read the other chapter because I too, felt like I missed something

But all there is to it is just his "Golden fingers" that makes him the massage god

Other than that, it is purely usage of otherwordly items and techniques, plus mana, but that's it for her hair
If he is gonna massage for excessive fat ( which works, but it's rougher ) then it's okay, plus he could use mana to make it more effective in a certain way.
But if he is gonna use surgery, then I don't have a clue as to when he got that kind of skill, since he didn't get it from the lottery, nor had any prior experience because he worked in a company before.

It didn't feel clear to me before but, it feels like the manga art was made in a 3D modeler then turned black and white.
It makes me think of RWBY's style in terms of appearance.

Does this not sound like the plot of a hentai. Dude says he can a "special" beauty treatment but most have direct contact with the body like a full body massage awhile looking super suspect. Or have I read too many hentais; also what is the plural form of hentai?
