indeed. Sakurai give them a chance to repent before their birthday and only Isuka repent and admit his fault and actually surrender himself.

so Isuka save his own future by growing his own spine to admit his mistake and facing consequences.

meanwhile others choose wrong path despite being give sign. that's their own fault.

about the gap 18 being adult and before that treated as child even they committed a crime is flawed concept and laws.

if 4 years old committing crimes, we can argue they are too immature to understand what they doing.
but if 15 years old commiting crimes, they already know its is wrong but choose to do anyway as they using "we are children" as excuses.

its should be a intermediary between adult and child age gap and laws. maybe make a child laws is where children below 11. then another laws for teenager where 11 to 17 have different sentence for the crime they committed. lesser than adult, but harsher than child. because its not fair to equate mind of 17 years old is at same level of 5 years old but when they reach 18, automatically they become adult and mature to face the full punishment.

We have this kinda recent news in our country about a child (under 17) hitting his friend with a hammer (and not a first time either) because he know he couldn't be punished... :meguuusad:

lol so Mashima was living a okayish life but decides to end it all? guess being treated like a woman and having no dick must have been that bad
Nishida is also living an okayish life but its just gonna be constant regret, well she can find herself a husband if she just doesn't mention THAT part of her life
Yumeka is just looong gone, she's gonna have an extreme mental breakdown if she comes back to reality, let her live peacefully in coo coo land
aahh Kurokawa eh you got what you deserve and you need more
congrats to Izuka
need an update about her ex husband, does he know!?

Izuka turned into a decent guy. The rest had appropriately bad outcomes. Although I do feel bad for Yumeka - I don't know about anyone else but I feel like her outcome was the most disproportionate one. But that's just my personal opinion.
Thats on her. Sakurai didnt make her do drugs, which she probably would have ended up doing even if she was a normal actress

Feel like this ending is a bit anti-climatic, at least compared to Is the Bullied Me Bad? It's a shame Nishida never really learned her lesson, and that everyone else never really learned either. And that not learning what happened to Yagi, Hino, or Shimizu afterwards sucks too.

Very least, glad Sakurai got her revenge. This was really entertaining.
I hope you guys go over the manga again to fix the various typos, though. There's a lot you could do, though I can probably wait for the Volume releases to have some polished look.

Made me remember of another outcome of a girl in another story, mc has her eliminated by being kidnapped by a pedophile stalker of hers, while the tone of the story is dark it still portrays it as justified while rewarding the man by using him as the tool of revenge.
Which manga was that? I think I recall reading something like that but I can't remember the name at all, but I remember feeling it was trying way too hard to be "edgy"(common in these types of stories).

I'm glad Sensei got her revenge, but I think she went too far with Yumeka. Yes, the asshole plotted to kill her (knowingly causing an allergic reaction is attempted murder) but using rape as a correction is not satisfactory because it rewards evil people. That predatory company and the assailants are still around, Sensei didn't stop them from hurting other more innocent girls. That awful facility presumably still exists and there's undoubtedly plenty of innocent men who are victims.

In fact, the thing that keeps me from calling this a 10/10 revenge story is the gratuitous amounts of rape and sexual abuse. Every major female character was assaulted or coerced into sex, and even if most of them were monsters I hate seeing this idea that rape is an appropriate punishment - it trivializes such a traumatizing crime and justifies its existence as a "tool". I want to see bad people get punished, but not by other evil people who get away and even commended.

As revenge stories usually go, this was pretty much the only gripe I had about this one, first of all because I generally abhor rape as a mean of revenge in any way or story (and in this case I don't count it out for the fact she signed a contract and had to repay the money she spent, it's clear it was a shady business that preyed upon naive girls).
Second, while it was clear that the teacher was just on path of targeted revenge, It still didn't sit right with me for her, still a woman and teacher, to collaborate with such a business, you can just imagine how many other young girls fell for their scheme, it just doesn't sit right with me that it's portrayed as justified (and rewarded by the story) because Yumeka did a horrible thing and she was led on the path by the main character's will. If drugs were on the table i'd have preferred a revenge based on that without having to go through the 'corced into porn' angle (but it was probably made so because her dream was to be an idol instead).

Thanks! I feel a little less alone. I had already made the same criticism during Yumeka’s arc and in the previous chapter as well, where I said, like you, that using rape as a means of revenge was really awful writing.

I mean, Yumeka is definitely not a good person and probably never will be. She did something horrible and shows no remorse for it. Even so, I really didn’t like her arc, and I liked her ending even less.

And from reading other comments, it seems that Yumeka retreated into her imaginary world that’s because she had gone through terrible experiences. Yumeka’s fellow inmates point out that she was an actress without taboos. Considering how she ended up in the JAV industry, it’s not hard to imagine that she probably wasn’t fully consenting to everything that happened afterward either. Mentally, she was already dead

As for the drugs and this applies to many porn actresses, entertainers, and celebrities in general, they can be a way to disconnect from reality and let go because of pressure, stress, and everything else that comes with that lifestyle.

In the end, it was a tragic fate for Yumeka. Personally, I would have preferred a different ending for her. Yeah she deserved a punishment but not this one
