culture and the individual perceptions of the ones involved matter. this isn't to say go kiss anyone any time for these reasons, but i really wouldn't presume sexuality in a kiss without exchange of fluid, or different circumstances. consent doesn't only need to apply to sexual contact. people should be able to decline any intrusion on their personal space.
