From the start all the things happening was supposedly happened according to the script of the original tv show(this is why the death messiah's foreshadow was a thing, its power was supposedly canon to the show), Sanae was the writter for the show. The phantom script was supposed to be the script to end the show, but the show went haywire when the red's actor becoming convicted, the script ended up never realized and went missing.

I'd be highly amused if the phantom script has it revealed that one of the keepers became a host for True Death Messiah and that they have to kill them to finish it all like the alternate ending for Power Rangers RPM. Chidori is very clearly not just a human and Yellow wants an executive for the year end finale.

The original Blue Keeper (bro had a lot of facial scars) from the start of the series was killed while fighting D way back, and the guy in this chapter was the replacement.
