Wholesome (as usual), but boring ending. Like, eh? That's it????
Mr. Salaryman, I was hoping he would find it in himself to improve his life and inspiration from all the time he spent dreaming with Lily, but he didn't. He
didn't make friends at work and he's still slaving away at his job, but I suppose he's happier at least, and maybe that's enough for most people in real life. I don't think that's enough when it comes to stories though, and he just feels as empty when the story started.
Lily found romance, happiness, and a new zest for work. I feel like she had the better end of the deal... which is all ruined by the lacklustre ending. All those tsundere and wholesome moments now gone. All the "help" that her friends have been making thrown away.
Maybe maybe maybe he'll continue this in manga... or better yet a doujinshi (or h-manga? I don't really know the exact term). Lily is still a succubus after all, and passive guys need someone aggressive. Is a tsundere aggressive enough I wonder?
