It's not every heroine. Mermaid was in full danger, never sexual danger. Same with the Knight, and Desert Princess.
Author only throws the Dwarf and Main Heroine in these kinds of situations.

I'd expect an interrogation to justify indulging her schizo-pilled sadism, but she seems way more invested in indulging herself to the exclusion of getting info right now. I'd expect her to at least throw out a line about wanting info on Grey in the cliffhanger so there is some obvious resolution that isn't "dwarf princess turns the orcs into paste" because the threat of "dwarf princess gets raped by orcs" doesn't seem plausible for this series.

That's exactly what I was thinking, like is the whole world gonna see them naked/in a sexual situation before the MC? It's a little frustrating that we see all the erotism in ntr/sketchy situations but all the MC does is suck breasts for half a panel every 35 chapters, it's getting a little old.

Iirc, the knight once, around the time when she first appeared, was almost raped by her men, and was saved at the last moment by MC. To add insult to injury, this was around the time when MC just started to cosplay as Grey, while the knight, we told, was a captain who had battlefield experience and good with sword and everything.
