To be frank, she is pissing me off. I'd understand if the male lead didn't know what he was feeling was love, but what's her excuse? She's a normal person without any psychological problems. I mean, I get you're dense, but this is just ridiculous. This is much worse than the other webtoon "Survive as the Hero's Wife," in terms of how long it took the female lead to finally understand what's happening.

Sometimes the most obvious thing is right in front of you, and as she said in the chapter she was reprimanded she doesn't consider him an adult. Unless she begins considering him an adult, she'll never consider him a love candidate, in addition to society's norms getting in the way.

secondly, i agree with everyone getting annoyed with ibelina. yeah, a person can be dense but it's honestly ridiculous that she says she doesn't see alejandro as a man, yet she NEVER reprimands him for his "abuse of power" and obvious favoritism as a reasonable, responsible adult would do with a child. make up your damn mind girl!! if you really only see him as a child, then treat him as one. tell him when he's overstepping and when to stop. life's gonna get much harder for alejandro if she gets kicked out because of this """misunderstanding""".... she should at least understand this much 😕

A theory i've had for a while now is that we're going to get a cinderella-esque "she was a princess all along" development after she leaves the mansion and someone notices the scar (though probably with less "happy end" vibes and more "bastard child gets ridiculed").
Her leaving the mansion had been foreshadowed by both the butler and headmaid showing their dislike towards Ibee and Alejandro's close relationship.
In a similar way, it was mentioned before (by the king iirc) that only someone of royal blood should be able to lift the curse which is also why Eleonora could do that.

@marsbars - she knows lots of people would lose their jobs if she were honest about the rumor-mongering - tho as others have observed, if she really sees him as a kid, she should be more proactive in reining in that sort of nonsense. I dunno, just looking forward to a change in scenery.

Gaaaaaah. I want the heroine to show up already. Once Alejandro ignores her, Ibee can start thinking about what to do with this derailed story.

As far as her leaving the home...plenty of theories, but it doesn't matter. I'd say this is a good thing. She needs a change of scenery, and his epic ensuing tantrum aside, Alejandro needs to be more independent too.

This chapter, it makes it so clear that it's not Ibelina who is dense, it's Alejandro. And when I say dense, it's more like Alejandro is too obsessive and oblivious to his surroundings because he's so used to ignoring people. He's completely oblivious to the feelings of Ibelina and of other people and it's just always WHAT ABOUT MY FEELINGS. Because of this Ibelina can't even breathe easy and think about herself because he's like a leech on her. Sure she friend-zoned the heck out of Lorenzo but gotta remember that in an earlier chapter Alejandro nearly got him fired for just talking to her, Ibelina is subconsciously being mindful of this threat.
