Hmm, she was strong enough to throw a dragon in the previous chapter, and now she can't lift a human. The author sure is taking some liberties here.

If Berger knows slimes can control corpses, then I am also surprised that slimes being able to control corpses isn't common knowledge. You'd think people would be afraid of slimes wearing a person's corpse to infiltrate society. Or shadowy groups with monster tamers using slimes to replace people in positions of power.

I doubt we will get to see it, since the Cliff demands someone to fall into it, but it would be funny to see him try to command her and fail due to her being inside a human.
Honestly, I would read a manga about some protag, who is extremely paranoid about some body stealing monsters, but it's being played off as them being crazy. Only for them to be right and everyone around them has been replaced, however, the body snatchers are actually decent "people" and have improved society instead of turning it into a monster feast.

I wouldn't be surprised, if the slimes have secretly infiltrated the high society further and might even be some divine existence blessed by the goddess. Would be quite hilarious.
Oh wait, even better, the goddess was actually taken over by some divine slime!

To be fair, she did that with her body and whole slime mass, now she is just tangling a... tentacle of slime down. We havn't seen her do any feats of strength with her slime extrusions or as a slime before.

Probably not as to possess Jelly’s body the slime needed to replace her blood and the slime probably doesn’t know about periods lol
