Someday I will properly write what I think about the work of this man. Till then, I prefer to save up my words.
So I'll ask a question instead: am I the only one to whom, sometimes, the "s" sound in songs makes incredibly uncomfortable, with goosebumps all over the body and a dulling of my sensations? It is getting frankly tiring. I thought it was my favourite music's fault, but it seems to affect other styles too. Rarely, I will feel so too with speech, but not as much as with music.

@IAmThe9 Can't say that I like it. The lyrics are at least a 7/10 for the first half, but I hate auto-tune and flat singing, and I feel that like a lot of country songs it's trying to sell itself by pretending to understand a lifestyle or set of problems that it doesn't actually understand.

I ain't no expert in the field of music (I've created my way of enjoying it), but it pains me how harshly the critics of Imagine Dragons berate this group (understandable given their latest albums, I understand), with such a beautiful album as Smoke and Mirrors, I think, is. It is both centred and experimental, much less edgier and a plead for redemption, and, in the end, a self-reflection and an apology by the author, that even today he seems to struggle to express (although I hardly listen to any of their songs now). This one, Polaroid, is dear to me.

@hazzack I've listened to that song more times than I can count. It's sad that so many people berate 21P just because of their sometimes insane fanbase. BTS's fanbase is way more insane, but that doesn't give me grounds to groundlessly berate the band itself.
@Alraisen I didn't know that anyone was berating them. I like all of their songs (that I've listened to). Not all of them are as poppy, "whoopy" and energetic as Radioactive but I don't see that as a bad thing.
