As the protagonist himself says, they have had sex twice in a year. As FMC herself told you in this first chapter, she has always been in short-term relationships and has always fantasised about other men who were not her partner, so the exchange was more about her being bored and wanting sex than about satisfying her partner. It's all part of her fantasy: she looks for the first couple, she prepares the encounter...

They changed the rules; they could freely date other people without having to ask permission, but if the other person asked, they had to be honest.

At the beginning of chapter 23, she tells the protagonist that she has a date in the afternoon with the second guy (if you notice, his girlfriend is dressed in the same style as the second girl). The protagonist can only say, ‘Have fun,’ while he feels bad inside just thinking about it. What's really interesting is what happens after his girlfriend and the second guy have sex. In the conversation, she thinks her boyfriend is amazing because he accepts her just as she is. She also thinks about marrying her boyfriend. I was stunned when I read that.

She is actually a horrible person holy shit. Like I get the boyfriend later cheated (sort of and the 3rd girl now in the picture) but she started this whole thing when the MC wanted a seemly normal relationship. I feel like it would be impossible for someone like the FMC to exist in real life and I hope i'm right. Hopefully things come to a head and she gets a metaphorical mirror to her face to feel regret of her actions but feel its too late. FMC hasn't deceived the MC; in chapter 1, she clearly stated, "I'm a pervert" and "I fantasise about other men." The problem with these manga is that the plot always works because the protagonist makes poor decisions. If the MC is unable to say, ‘I don't want this,’ it seems normal to me that she would understand that everything that is happening is fine with him. In these last two chapters, the FMC is realising that everything is falling apart. In chapter 29, she saw him holding hands with another girl, and in chapter 30, she realised while talking to the second guy that he hadn't been told about the trip, which she had understood was for both couples. Also, I suppose it may be normal for Japanese couples, but going ten days without seeing your partner seems very strange to me, from chapter 23, when he invites her out to eat at a restaurant to chapter 30, when they finally eat together, she enjoyed the food more than her boyfriend's company. .

I find the plot itself very poor, but the author uses some interesting narrative devices.
