It's just info from TL. Otherwise, people will 100% ask why there hasn't been any update "this week" - and I guess it can be annoying. It clearly moved to biweekly release schedule.

Frieren really showed her, well, age and experience these past two chapters. Fern was unbalanced due to Stark's near-mortal injury and i imagine that'll show up more animated in the anime, which I'd want to watch.

I think barring Macht, this is the closest they came to a wipeout... which is saying a lot about the capacity of a competent state lol.
