This is a dumb bootleg scanlation intended as a stop-gap while official translations are behind the raws. I do not plan on uploading it to readers.
Sorry for the delay, though these two chapters do pair well. Some heavy callbacks to chapter 5 as well as the inner conflicts boiling over in our leads these past 2 volumes. Such a neat way the story's woven on itself where Natalia confidently swearing to let Sara die is a show of matching strength she believes Sara has, a promise to Sara she's capable of standing on her own, a plea for Sara to retract her own promise to die, and a test to see if Sara's truly breaking down inside. Things are as bleak as they are hopeful.

Adore the parallels to chapter 5 here and how Natalia is being such a source of strength and support for Sara in a reversal of such an iconic scene. It’s nice to know that seemingly, no matter what, these two will be able to come to each other and find strength in their relationship

Over the last couple volumes, I've really been missing Nat and Sera's dynamic from the early volumes, and while I always assumed that was intentional, I was honestly a little skeptical that the pay off would make it all worth it for me. I'm so glad to be proven wrong. This chapter would have been amazing in any context, but the feeling of release at Nat finally breaking down Sera's emotional barrier after so long of them being both physically and emotionally separated really takes it over the top. I also appreciate that Nat didn't go for the kiss here. I wonder if that's because she's holding back since she thinks Sera is about to die, or because she genuinely doesn't realize the depth of her own feelings yet. Either way, I'm glad Kamejiro is leaving a big relationship moment on the table for later, (assuming they don't just kiss next chapter, lol.)
