My jaw is actually starting to hurt from gritting my teeth while sleeping.
Does anyone know if there's a cure or do I need to punch myself in the face?
Yeah, I'm going to jump on board with everyone else and tell you to get that checked out. I use to grind my teeth in my sleep and the bill for what they had to do to fix my teeth nearly made me faint.

LMFAO. I punched my friend because it was too loud, he woke up and cured that night. He still does grit his teeth while sleeping though, the worst is the snoring one. No cure at all.

I just got off from my gig few minutes ago and I already feel like I'm tired beyond my limits, atleast mentally, and it's nothing new, especially with recent sudden not-so-great incidents in my life. Today, by no means, was a bad day, a rich gentleman even tipped me $150 for playing La Campanella on his request and I know damn well I killed it, but even after everything. all of it just feels extremely out of place, especially myself. I feel like a pathetic zombie, I miss the fucking silly douchebag I was only a few months ago. :shamihuh:

I overthink and overanalyze things.

Basically when I start thinking about something my brain will run in circles about it....like what this comment previously was, good intentions regardless.

This especially hurts when combined w social anxiety, particularly online. Constant second guessing what I post....which is why I am editing this post. Again.

I need to get a new computer chair, but I blew a bunch of money buying a Switch 2. It also doesn't help that it's really hard to find one that's comfortable for me because of my height and they don't make the one I'm using right now anymore and even then, this one isn't all that comfortable.

I've used some of these before to try and find something that works. The main problem I have is that the ones that sound perfect aren't available for direct purchase here and the import (or just a reseller) costs sometimes add up to the point where I might as well just buy a Herman Miller Embody.

I had a semi decent Office chair before I bought the one I'm using right now. The problem I ended up having with it was that the built in headrest quickly became a shoulder stabbing torture device and the lumbar support was in the slightly wrong spot and started causing some lower back pain, so I ended up giving it away.
