There really isn't one. Class Action Park is a famous deathtrap from times past. A lot of people either died or got seriously injured on the rides because they were unsafe or were just plain never built to work. I haven't been to it in a very long time myself, but I read an article saying it's a lot safer now. Also, they renamed it Mountain Creek.
