Not sure if I belive that, with Seiichi's cheat skill.
His literally unlimited stats. The insanity of creating brand new spells of limitless power without needing more than the vaguest guidelines. The fact that by chapter 100 or so he has to make sure not to grip his fist too tight, because the space of reality started to crack when he clenched a little too much.

Honestly. The only thing Cut and Paste has on him is that he can gain the skills without killing the target. But C&P also only gets the skills at the same level the owner had them. Seiichi's 'stack'. A level 3 skill and a level 2 skill of the same type will end up as a level 4 or 5.
