You cannot compare Ainz and Rimuru. Ainz,in the beginning,can already finished everything but Rimuru always play safe because he is not the strongest and his power is limited. Ainz actually doesn't need to think about consequences because he can just wiped out anything in his way, Rimuru can't. He doesn't have the power to ressurect the dead and he can be killed in a lot of situations during this series. Comparing them is like comparing a level 100 player to level 1 player
