As much as I could generally agree on that with totally-1000yo-dragons, this manga's setting in particular throws reason and result so far through the window, that the feel just isn't there. Besides, so far it's only been the personality undergoing the regression, not her mental development, which is the important bit. The marbles of an 18yo are still there, but just in the packaging of a female, mango, magic science version of a manchild.

To me, the Shinzo Abe sponsored™️ toddler chapter was more disturbing.

It is indeed questionable, but the whole plot being "local 15 year boy has 100 girlfriends" is much more questionable than their ages

The manga has two girls kissing, a 8 month baby trying to have a girlfriend, an (future) meth user and drug creator/dealer, and more absurd/fishy parts
