@Mewples easy, he knows about her family background. He got to know her, I am not talking about talking to her while growing up, because he got his spies and his royal family spying in anyone that get involves with them.

For him to doubt a simple weak noble family's daughter. His future spouse and spouse's family that never got any intension to get the throne nor her family background got some sort of rebellion intension should make him a skeptic. He should have an inclination to doubt what other party said and have a deeper investigation without killing your spouse immediately. Now, He knows now what he did according to his lackey and shows a better head/logic than his supposedly more experienced and with more education older-self.

It doesn't make sense. The only way to "save the story" is to say that the villainess is some sort of black magician and put a curse/control spell on the prince BUT then you would have a huge doubt of HOW the current royal family kept in throne if they are so weak and have a poor security system. The parents don't know how to even lead and control their nobles. The story wouldn't be concentrate on the FL but the MC should be the one the story should focus on. We should have the FL's POV if they want things to be a "shoujo" [ since most stories, in my opinion, are that. A shonen story but have a or one of FL POV and just tag the shoujo genre] The current crown prince wouldn't be living so nicely as he is. He would be the future puppet and the king would be the current puppet.

so many loopholes. This story is better if they just left it as a shonen instead of turning it into a shoujo story. My opinion.

Oh no, so this situation is even a bigger mess than I thought, she probably was the right and fated queen but the Crown Prince didn't believe her or purposely killed her (who knows), and now "God" or whoever sends them to the past, is playing with them. It annoys me, I get that he's a child at the moment and haven't done anything but eh, I'm really against the idea of marrying the one who killed u (because heck yeah, he'is the one who should be accountable of that, he killed her and her family just because some snake's trap, without even doing an effort to trust his wife's word. What a trash he is tbh). *SIGH* The best that he can do for her is LEAVING HER ALONE.
