that Life Transformation skill doesnt look that OP for me, your base attack may be high asf but you still need a proper offense skill to maximize the dmg, not to mention some side effect a proper skill can cause like aoe or stun etc., that skill is mostly for final blow the weakened boss or for a sudden counterattack
