YES. This one is getting a manga. The names were kinda annoying, but I rather like the premise overall, so I'm into it.
Not to mention Otome Isekai are just my jam for some reason.
I think they're usually much better because they're based on narratively-driven isekai worlds rather than stat and skill-driven ones. VNs tell better stories than MMORPGs most of the time, who knew?
@kreyton I vaguely remember there being a WN out there that features this. Rather, the MC was reincarnated as a conquest target, and he personally really liked the rival character (conveniently his fiance) and hated the heroine in his old life. He proceeds to shut down all of the heroine's attempts to seduce him and instead gets pissed she's interfering with his lovey dovey time.
As long as we're talking about Otome Isekai we'd like to see, I would be into an Isekai where the MC is reborn as the heroine, but turns out to be a character-shipping fanatic (*cough*Fire Emblem Awakening*cough*) that's far more into pairing the love rivals and conquest targets together than starting their own romance. Original gender is flexible and bonus points if they dislike the original heroine for being a boring self-insert blank slate.
