Loose skin and stretch marks are quite different. The latter is coloration of the skin as it is stretched as tissue under it builds rapidly.

stretch marks appear when, well, your skin gets stretched out. fattening, pregnancy, fast muscle growth, etc. these things never go away without some kind of surgery. it kinda sucks tbh.
