Funny thing: no such stupid thing as indirect kiss in russia (as anywhere in the sane world), it's not even that uncommon to share a bite, and not that awkward, even to a person of another gender. So yeah, if author asked a russian it would've been an episode of russian girl mercilessly teasing japanese guy (even more than in the chapter)

Indirect kiss is such a weird thing. Before anime or manga, I only ever thought of "eww your saliva is on it"

I HIGHLY recommend it... although prepare for unnecessary lewdness, more than the manga... there is a lot of it in the LN... I skipped over half of the lewdness, kinda wish I skipped more of it XD
