OMGGGGG, I'm just screaming internally over how CUTE the ending is, I REALLY WISH that there were more chapters coming out, but there seems to not be anything on the horizon... But It was sooo fun to read and i definetly got type 3 diabetes from the end, but it also made me realize of just how lonely I am, but that doesn't matter when these two finally got their shit together and finally started DATING!!!!! That's not quite accurate. Anyone can upload a scan, so long as they properly credit the group that did the translation, don't make any changes to the uploaded chapter (e.g. don't remove the group's credit page, don't add their own credits after the actual scanlator's credits, don't add watermarks, etc.), and don't try to claim credit. As long as they do that, and upload it under the group's name here on MangaDex, then it's fine.

As for licensed material, it's perfectly okay to upload scanlations for a manga that has already been licensed in that language, and even for chapters that have already been released in the official translation. The thing that's not okay is uploading the actual, officially released chapters themselves. It's also not okay to upload manually edited (cleaned, decensored, etc.) chapters that use the script from the official translation. In other words, a scan group has to manually translate (though, technically, MTL is also within the rules) a chapter themselves, either from the original language, or using a translation in a different language as a basis (like what legoghs did here). Even using the official translation as a basis is fine, so long as you're translating it into a different language.
I think there are some other details about using the official translations that I'm forgetting, like using them to guide fan translations, but I don't recall those rules clearly enough to state them with confidence here.

Edit: Forgot to mention that, in this case, it's still not possible to upload the existing translations of the bonus chapters and epilogue here (which is a shame, bc the epilogue is really cute and

), since the translations of those uploaded on sites like bato.to are straight-up just rips from the official translation (with the seven seas credits and everything still on them, too). It's a shame, since those seven seas chapters also have little bonus pages at the end of each chapter showing little snippets of the story not shown in the actual chapters.
