Remember11, the VN. The main character is named Kokoro and goes on a plane to Hokkaido so she can visit and interview a famous serial killer, but the plane crashes on a snowy mountain and she ends up stranded there for several days. It's the third of a series of three VNs, (The other two being Never7 and Ever17) but it's definitely the most disconnected of the three, so you don't have to play the other two if you don't want to.
