Last chapter someone called out after bath facetime, and I asked, why not during? Damn, both got brought up this chapter just like that.
I wonder if in Japan they don't do attendance calls in class, I've been seeing the "learning their first names through line" trope lately.
Roll call would probably go by Ikezawa & Eguchi all the same. They tend to address other people by last name unless there is a need for it.
Yeah, but he won't realize that until they've been married for 10 years and have 3 children.
"Dating? We never really date, do we? It's just... everything kinda falls into place? We
happened to go to the same university
by pure chance! So we became roommates and before we know it, it's like, so many years passed and everyone always thought we were dating that we both couldn't find any partner
-- not that I ever tried to find one, in fact -- and... you know, since we share a lot of things at that point, it's
easier to just sign a document and then we can do many things in place of each other --
yeah! It's for convenience! I mean, she won't be able to find anyone at that point too; who would be able to tolerate this crazy woman, you know? But I'm used to her antics already...
and not that I mind living with her for the rest of my life or anything. And a lot of things happened during the time we share a room so I kinda felt like I have to take responsibility...
But no! We never really date!" -- Ikezawa, 2035 (during the groom's speech, probably)
