Any tips on where c14 is on the novel? Do I need to reread from novel's c1?

Really loving this manga/novel. It gives a nice, warm feeling, a very calming story. No cringe-inducing harem or thirsty protag (so far). Thank god. ?
I thought the art was a bit rough at first but it grew on me quickly, now i really like this artist's art style.

Some may find the protagonist to be annoying, considering how cowardly and weak he can be but keep in mind that this isn't a story about fighting or conquering monsters in battle.

Chapter 14 of the manga ends with the end of chapter 43 of the LN translation (which I'm currently doing).

EDIT: Caught up with LN. Thanks Albedo. The cooking eating part gets repetitive. Mostly skimmed past those after ch80 or so.
