Real talk - I'd probably put 7 on the bottom 5 of the first 10 FFs. It has some good points but it really only gets hyped up because it was a lot of people's first JRPG.

@strider_01 7 is better than the first 5 FF (and I love FF1 ,2 and 5) and FF8. I think is a little worse than 6,9 and 10 .
7 major problem is that the graphic and materia gameplay have aged bad, but still aged better than 2-4(everytime I replayed 4 is feels a worse game, unlike the FF between 5-10).

Aerith was the first character I encountered in video game that legitimately dies. Her dying scene will always be memorable to me.
