It's contents include stimulants, yes - for humans as well, since it's mainly caffeine, but the amount is far too small to matter here. The issue is that dogs lack the enzymes to metabolize both caffeine and more importantly theobromine, which leads to toxicity. So the O face is more likely just the result of her feeling sick. Admittedly it's too fast a reaction (should take at least an hour after ingestion), but I suppose anything goes with supernatural creatures, even something as nonsensical as "building up tolerance" to a substance your body is not equiped to process

It's probably over my head, but in the earlier chapters of the manga, the bare chest of Kogane was shown (she was naked).

No matter the training, the Foxes can't eat chocolate because they're toxic to 'em. Cats can't eat onions because it'll kill them. Same way with chocolate to the dogs.
