Why I have a feeling this is worse quality than straight MTL? So many mistakes its kinda hard to read this. Still better than nothing, but then I am not sure if I rather wait for a proper group that cares for quality to pick it up, which they probably won't when someone else is doing it already even if quality sucks ass.

I can assure you, "bad TL" is not, in fact, "Better than nothing". Since you start thinking you're at least following along with the story when the TL is entirely off base.
Plural. Meaning not only her normal mouth she uses to speak with. From slang lingo I have encountered before, I am fairly sure the only other "mouths" on a human is generally also called "the lower mouths"? So she sealed those.
Also, Meaning they wouldn't have been sealed for him if he hadn't asked for a confidential conversation.

Oh, didn't realize it was the sniper at first. Well, get your 4-15 chapters out of your system then drop it, like all the others do.
The exact opposite, in fact. I accidentally added my group to this when I first published it, but I had to edit that out as I actually had very little involvement in the entire thing. The only thing I contributed to was typesetting the last 10 pages, and even some of that was replaced. All the translations and proofreading were King Tuna's work. He also did the typesetting himself for the first 20 pages. The only actual contribution I made was to post the chapter. That is why I didn't add my group.
Or you could learn to actually read, and you'd see from the credit page that this chapter was largely done by the same TL that has been working on this series since Ch. 6.

Something I've come to realize so far with the backstory of the MC is that a small bit of the fault of his problems are his own.
Now, let me explain. So far we know that most if not all of the MC's problems were the cause of the snake childhood friend, the bastard that constantly lied and manipulated everyone using rumours and shit to lower Glen's standing and raise his own, particularly the scene with the little girl who was in love with our MC, but something that struck me out was how he reacted to all of his problems: self-lobotomy until you no longer care about the stuff, a little trick he learned on his own to deal with the criticisms he got back at the orphanage, so whenever something upsetting happened, be it the snake or just bad luck, he shocked his own brain until he didn't care (wheter it was the snake or Glen that began the whole circle, I do not know), causing him to get his current personality of warm water.
Would things have been different if he hadn't shocked himself every.single.time. something bad happened and instead tried to do something about it or at least clear the rumours? Honestly I do not know, but it does give you something to think about.
That being said, I'm not exactly comfortable saying this, since it feels like I am blaming the victim when the snake is the one who carries most of the guilt; if anything, at worst I'd say the fault would be about 90/10 or 95/5 between the snake and the MC, so that's that I guess... but seriously, lobotomy is just too much.

Quick reminder that apparently the cat personally helped spread the rumors. It's why he hates her guts. Everyone had been poisoned against him pretty quickly. If it weren't for the lobotomies, I'm pretty sure that cat would be dead right now.
