Am I the only one that doesn't get much of what happened in this chapter?
Yeah I came to say the same, idk if the translation failed or its a bunch of regional stuff thats hard to contextualizeAm I the only one that doesn't get much of what happened in this chapter?
Lil' sis went back home, I guess. And something about Somen?Am I the only one that doesn't get much of what happened in this chapter?
Yeah, I finally got around to doing the math as well and am now wondering if there is a disconnect with how much she is getting paid vs how much someone in her position would actually get paid in other countries, cause currently she only makes about $40,000 US, which is insane since her position should probably be closer to a 6 figure job most anywhere elseI just did the math and I'm depressed... She makes 500k per month. That's about $4566 Canadian dollars.
How cheap is life in Japan, if she can afford her apartment, car and what not while still paying this guy $2.7k CAD each month and have money left over.
Before taxes, I earn more than that each months and can barely survive "eating out" once a week at my workplace's cafeteria (about $15) with a fully paid off used car and renting for ridiculous sums of money.
I know it seems connect to what Mio was dealing with, but I don't really get where he fit into that whole thingLike, I could somehow understand the gist of the chapter between MCs and that part when they see off lil' sis... but the part between ex-president and that guy is complete mystery to me.

It when from somen to shinkansen in record speed

Yeah, half the chapter's basically them making analogies and similes about the Soumen. She got a bunch from the people at work as presents, and they were eating the shit out of it. Yuuka's endless appetite was the only thing guaranteeing they could finish it before the next year comes, and they get even more. That's about the gist of most of those out-of-left-field analogies. This author REALLY loves weird, abstract dialogue about trivial things, and apparently the editor never put his foot down and demanded the author have them, you know, actually talk.Lil' sis went back home, I guess. And something about Somen?
That was annoying for me to parse through too. He apparently took the fall for the suck-up's abuse. The suck-up is the guy that was yelling at Mio the whole time.I know it seems connect to what Mio was dealing with, but I don't really get where he fit into that whole thing
What is this witchery?"August's problems get dealt with on August."
