if you are oging to keep the honorifics, change "The Priestess-dono" to just "Priestess-dono"

I vote no. They stick out in a bad way, and we have enough context that we don't really need all the subtleties they convey. I generally only find them alright when they are used in a Japanese-speaking environment, anywhere else is just weird and appropriate equivalents should be used when possible.
Also: Congrats on ditching Adobe

personally, i like it if you still put the honorific. maybe it sounds weird at first to those who's new to anime and japanese culture, but i think honorific is putting more emphasis to how they treat or think of each others.
