I don't read any other sources, but in some ch. before (81? 80?) there were scenes where the demon generals do plan to infiltrate Kuzunoha's circle. So probably one of them, ye (or subordinates).

after this part the novel kind of loses itself, like there isn't an objective anymore. The school arc is the most boring in my opinion. The romance between shiki and abelia is the weirdest part.

yeah in chapter 78 the demon general said she's going to the academy herself. Probably Karen Fors is actually her.
Also I wonder if Makoto realized it sooner than Shiki.
