I think you guys are just suckers for drama filled stories. Because I think the rating for this story is fairly accurate. The story is basically a self hating masochist and his three tormentors and all the drama that stems from that.

This is literally no different than other drama stories out there that go on forever. It's not really that good.

Nah, I really am not. And yeah, I think the rating is fairly accurate as well. I myself would give this story a 6–7/10. My enjoyment of the story doesn't always translate directly into my rating of it. I'm not saying it's better, I'm saying it's more enjoyable for me. I actually personally can't stand most of the drama-filled stories, that's why I was surprised I found myself enjoying this one. It's probably precisely because this isn't something "great" that I enjoy it so much, since I don't take it as seriously as I would with a more ambitious work.

Well, that's not really fair, is it? You can summarize most of the stories in bad faith that way, and they'll seem trivial or stupid. Sure, this manga isn't really ambitious, but you can see the author trying to actually develop all the characters here.

She wants to be with Chisaki. She is desperate to connect with Chisaki. That's why we are shown her masturbating while she's thinking about Chisaki. More specifically, Chisaki having sex with others which deeply hurts Sagawa.
However, Sagawa's emotional hang-ups/insecurities made the one time she was with Chisaki into something not pleasurable.

She's frustrated and is taking it out on Ueno because: A) he's an easy target who has always been beneath her and B) Chisaki has feelings for Ueno, thus making Sagawa feel even more insecure hurt. IIRC Kanako knows Chisaki has had sex with other people, and she knows Chisaki interested in Ueno, but what she doesn't know is Chisaki only gets off as a sadist to sexually tormenting Ueno. For Kanako it seems like Chisaki is in love with Ueno, which tortures her to no end.

What's more, both of them don't even know Tsubomi has a sexual relationship with Ueno that's possibly turning into something more from Tsubomi's side.

That's surprisingly a lot of dramatic irony for what's supposedly just a femdom manga.

Kanako knows that she is an unrequited love and they already did it but it went wrong and if they have sex again it will be worse for both of them, but when Chisaki storms Ueno-kun she doesn't just storm Ueno-kun there is something else like in the other chapters Chisaki shows jealousy when Ueno-kun is with other girls, but it was Chisaki's fault for rushing things like Kanako said she had something for Ueno she denies it and did it with her to hide her feelings for Ueno and it went wrong
