This a blant copy of another manga which has the same premise as that but my maybe point is that this is based on a male main character instead of the other one which is based on a female main character (pls don't hurt me). So it's got that going for it. It's a copy but gendered reversed. Wait.... Why am I trying to defend this author, he clearly trying to make (hopefully) an H adaption with this

• For once, he is not just isekai-ed, but also deaged to be both younger and hood looking. From 40-years old ossan to like....high-school age?
• He does have experience with sexual acts, but sadly he was cheated on by his wife.....and before reinca/isekaied he does familiar with paid sexual services.
• He is actually assertive (more like a blend of his old personality and corruption of the new world's moral and values), actually does bother to properly research the differences of how history converge from his og world. By the end of first arc he does multiple sexual acts and lose his virginity......but all by his own choosing and action.
• He actually have multiple male friends
• Unlike R18!Sou, his first sexual act is not with the family

As of similarities to our boi Sou,

• They both have bad memories with their families and become distant until the start of the plot.
• The situation is more or less the same with him needing guards when going outside, but guards is actually from government

Our boi Sou have the lighter vibe with a less condensed but more packed cast of charas with the uglier part of the story just come in spades. The world just flows organically

Hirose's world though, does not shy away the ugly side of his world's setup. Attempted assaults, multiple ramifications of the setting, a way more diverse characters. The world flow realistically.

Speaking as someone who skim the WN, i think the rating change to 'Erotica' more or less correct since it does have both naked breasts and hidden genitalia and sexual acts on the first chapter. Also more sexual acts in future as well

the one with the "there is a 1:39 ratio of men to women?" basically with even his own family thirsting after him maybe (tho it's not so much 'reverse morals' as 'there's so little men that their libido is amped up like a hundred percent for some reason')
