Their demeanors are a bit similar (though Itsumi bottoms hard to Rin) so watching as their prickly barbs slowly undress each other's armor of vitriol, then the barbs transition to gentle caresses, then they put words to action 🥰🥰🥰

I once dropped the manga because I loved Rin as the endgame girl and I knew the manga wasn't going to just run with her till the end

and don't get me wrong, I love many of the other girls, Athlete is cute, friend is funny, chunny is pure comedy, etc. Many are just great and I enjoy the manga at its not silly

But Rin is really the best one and like romance more than I like comedy. Even if i enjoy future arcs, I'll be disappointed if the ending is anything but a relationship with Rin
