Let me be blunt. "Aro/ace" is relatively specific; as in it is objectively massively less likely than "doesn't like weird girls", "just hasn't found the right person yet" or hell even "is gay". If you believe him to be part of the less than 1% of humanity that is asexual despite nothing he's actually said indicating that is the case, be my guest.
