Hentai RPG Maker games is a pretty deep rabbit hole, quality is all over the place, with some actually being pretty fun and having actual good gameplay and plot too, most are just ok, grind is variable.

Some of the best are arguably with female protagonist, male protagonist games tend to be generic "guy fucks everyone" a lot of the time, with female protagonist you tend to have more of an actual plot, not that they're necessarily any less horny of course, if anything some are even more degenerate cause a lot of them is about corruption, a few even give option to stay pure the entire game to balance out the degeneracy.
