Pedro Páramo by Juan Rulfo, very "out there" with Mexican afterlife stuff. The EN translation isn't that much different from the Spanish original.

Trying to find a copy of the newest edition of Martha Wells' Murderbot series: System Collapse.

The rest of the series is fantastic. It's kind of like GiTS, but replace the dommy mommy with an autistic security robot.

After like my 3rd/4th attempt I finally ended "Let the Right One In" by John Ajvide Lindqvist, the last time it started as a side read while "reading" H. P. Lovecraft the Complete Fiction (a hard read for a non native English speaker accustomed to old fashioned English, changed to the Valdemar Narrativa Completa in Spanish), interesting read...

Reading in another language is a long struggle with only dictionaries as allies until no Shakespeare line can disturb you. And well, it's easier to lose your sanity this way, Cthulhu approves.
