When a series is updated, make it show as a new update only if it's for your chosen language(s)

Such that when you sort ascending on Last update, it'll only show as updated if the new chapter is in your chosen language, avoiding "false" updates(and hope). I had a quick look through the mega thread and didn't see it suggested. Sorry if it's already been suggested.
