Ive read this series from the 1st translation till the recent release and just seeing the progress of translation is great. I love the series its a really enjoyable series to read kinda reminds me of Vinland actually when it comes to combat impact.

This is probably one of the more better Protagonists I've seen, because there is real danger he has been close to death a lot and didn't get out of those situations by luck or being super powerful, his efficiency , intelligence and careful planning keep him alive.

I think you perfectly summarized why he’s grown on me. Yes it’s pretty clear he has an advantage in the form of fighting/survival-knowledge and the lazy god fucking with his stats, but beyond that? He’s just as killable as anybody else and can’t solo every problem. He wouldn’t even have had a heads up about the Criminals tracking him down if not for the front desk chad
