I think that's a realistic event. To be fair, it appears my perspective is lesser held than I would think, judging from the comments. While he did overcome his reticence several times, I personally don't feel as though there's been an "epiphany" moment in the sense of his character. Plenty of moments tied to and facilitated by Anna and her support, but nothing "earth-shattering". Mama Anjou and Komaki are interesting sounding boards and influences by which Seto has opened his "world" further on several occasions. It's a nice usage of their presence, stimulating the MC rather than just "providing" the answers. Seto's growth is such an integral part of the story, I admit to being surprised that so many expected a "night and day" change in him, based solely on his "success" in certain situations, big picture he's still very insecure.
