i know its a terrible Idea but

It should really end with different routes for each girl and the author will leave to your imagination which one is canon.

bokutachi wa benkyou ga dekinai did it.

Bokutachi has an obviously Canon one.

And this manga just has too many love interests.

Stoppit. This harem is already too damn big. Saotome is not interesting enough to have this many girls obsessively fawning over him. I'm getting so BORED with this series now. Like its not like I hate a harem series. But jeez 4 to 5 at most. Why are there like 10 girls vying for him? The bare minimum is that he's kinda nice.

What do we need to had rivals ? We already have a lot of them and they already don't get enough attention.
I'm not against adding new characters to the series but why do most of them end up being a rival ?

The author showed us he can do some good characters that aren't rivals like Itashi, Serra, Nekomiya and Kanon.
I would have loved if Koharu didn't became a rival and instead was simply a girl that spends a lot of time with Saotome talking about fashion and creating misunderstangs with the others due to that.

We could have also had characters leaving the rival status. I mostly think about Aoi. At first i though she would end up having feelings for Nekomiya or even noticing his brother after Saotome helped her beating her fear of men.

its weird seeing the girls fret about this even more than the mc. would it set them free and relax their interactions if he actually got a gf or even showed clear "friend zone" intention to all so they know there's nothing to fight or worry for anymore? would it let them talk and laugh and even hug and (gasp!) hold hands without (too much) awkwardness, like girls do it between themselves? i think that would be the best progress ever.
