It is a bit of a screw up, no idea if it is from TL or Manga. Angesheit is Anze/Ange. Rochehart is Roche. Those are just their first names. Quite literally, no relation. I glanced over it, but yeah. Ange is the short form that Wolka called her as a child.

Angesheit is ン ジ ェ ス ス ハ イ ト
Rochehart is 士 ロ ッ ュ ハ ル ト

Which is pretty similar endings.

Yes

Roche is the guy. Divine/Holy Knight. Very capable of doing almost any task needed. He's also a guy who tries to do the best he can without being controlling for Wolca.

Anze is one of the four saints. And each of their titles as a saint deals with the powerset they have.

Wolca just is horrendously dense over things not involving swords. His brain runs on swords and training pretty hard. It is a recurring problem for him to be able to put his feelings into words well (this is explicitly pointed out repeatedly). The first of the times should have already occurred.

You can still swing your sword with one less eye, but you cant even take a proper stance without two legs. It's kind of obvious which one is the bigger handicap when considering disabilities for swordplay.
