Wish the fight went quicker but I still think this entire story is going to be amazing in anime format
I tried to think if this will go better in volume format or not; coz, as a volume reader in One Piece, some certain arc was complained as slow and padded out a lot during the weekly release, but for me as a volume reader, I find the arc amazing, but when I tried reading it one chapter at a time and take a break, I can clearly see why people don't like it.
With just 3 chapters available... I find that NOT to be the case still...
Every chapter starts with a little 'prologue' of its own, which was completely redundant with the previous page you just read. Kinda works when you read it chapter by chapter especially since this is bi-weekly release and readers likely forgot where we were but totally not great in volume format. And the pacing really feels slow.
Could be request to pad and stall from editor; but I think partly its author lack of experience writing long series. Issue listed above seemed to be tactfully avoided by more experienced authors. Despite overall story progress similarly slow, their chapter doesn't feel as hollow as Kaiju No.8. I can see similar core structure in ะhis series, but something was missing; Kaiju's chapters feels a lot more hollow. I can't put my finger where, and have to blame it overall on author's lack of experience in this kind of rodeo (he has experience writing series, but none seems to go on for this long)
