Maccas is Australian, in the UK it's Maccies or Mackey Ds, or at least in England Mickey Ds is absolutely American though

Like I said, probably regional. I've never heard either of those two in the area of England I live in, but I have heard both Macca's and Mickey D's frequently (also heard "Mac's" a few times, but only from a couple of specific people so that's probably not a common one).

All that said, I never eat there cos I hate the food, so it's not something I hear particularly often.
