She is the daughter of Duke Orleans Belluga, which is the leader of the Holy Principality of Belluga. (i.e. she's the 'princess' of Belluga).

She doesn't have a major role yet so far in the story so it's quite understandable to forget her.

She will start getting more heavily involved from the next arc tho, so if you want to jog your memory, she first appeared at chapter 7.
I remembered her as the saint

Ngl I'm almost cried... So long story short no happy ending to anyone... And the fact Mia actually mature enough to understand and solve the problem but it's too late... Shit
She was the only one among the nobility and royalty who actually tried, she just didn't have the intelligence or skill for it plus the damage was already done.
She was a spoiled brat with a good heart who's words and actions were always misunderstood by those who didn't know her. But the fact that even in the original timeline she had the support of two of the most loyal people even after her death while that prince Sion had no one and the saint ended up assassinated speaks volumes.

The fact she did went out her way to recruit Ludwig back in the original timeline was already a good indication that she does care about her kingdom, unfortunately to many, her bad behaviour overwrites her efforts. She is definitely selfish, but she isn't cruel.
Especially heart breaking when they later revealed Esmeralda's perspective in that timeline. She did genuinely considered Mia a friend and wanted to help her, however she can, but unfortunately her family had other plans.

if all this gets back to the ruler of current tearmoon and a large anti spy movement forms and all of sunklands cronies are found how does this not cause a empire vs empire war......

The emperor of Tearmoon is completely doting father to Mia. If Mia says no, then he'll most like not press it further.
The real problem is with the general populace of Tearmoon, Renmo and Sunklands plus any other nations that has had civil unrest. Renmo has every right to strike back at Sunklands for manipulating it's people, if the people of Tearmoon finds out they tried to get rid of Mia there will be outrage since now she has a much better image among the people and Sunklands people will feel disillusioned by it's royalty even if it wasn't them directly who did this. Possibly causing in Sunklands what this rogue group tried to do in both Tearmoon and Renmo: a rebellion.

part of her not wanting to take revenge also is from her past experiences. She hates pain, so she doesn't want to make others suffer it.
Not just that, or maybe a small part of it. In the web novel, it is stated without a shadow of a doubt, that she fears others could time travel like her, if killed or executed by her. So, more of a case of "chicken-heart Mia", than anything.

that bit comes in later I believe. I'm trying to avoid mentioning later plot points of the light novel

This isn't even the payoff yet. The author spread that out across the entire series. There's like 17 or 18 novels in this series so far. The old future is bleak as tar is black.
It really is one of the darkest timelines, the only other exceedingly dark timeline that rivals it was the crusade timeline.
