There's enough manga where the MC has to go through fifteen seasons of teenage wangst over every villain they defeat because the villain reveals a lame backstory of how they were actually secretly an okay duud all along.

It's refreshing to read something where the MC can act with impunity because the bad guys are actually bad guys and deserve everything and anything the MC can dish out.

For real. The typical all forgiving shonen hero is fine. But I do enjoy a hero who is willing to do what needs to be done for the sake of the greater good.

It's because for how some racists rationalize it, they're not "the bad guys". They're not doing it because of "rage/hate", they're doing it because "it's the right thing". Killing the "lesser species" is their "god given right".

People generally don't think they are evil. Racists see themselves as good, they see their racism as righteous. That's what makes these kind of people so dangerous.

I think those who fancy themselves as righteous and good but are evil to the core are worse than those who are evil and know they are evil.

The latter has self-reflection even if they do bad things, the former keeps doing it because to them it feels good.
