Wdym quick jump most of the manga had the underlying plotpoint that iruma can’t reveal he’s human because of border patrol. Even at the start of the arc border patrol was activily involved with these characters

Depends on how fast and loose Nishi is playing with biology. There's often a small but measurable leakage of genetic material from fetus to mother, and sometimes even between consecutive fetuses. Those factors could play merry hell with anyone's health.
