Hell, he even gave us at least 2 or 3 decent gags/jokes in this chapter as well for those of us here for the comedy!

I dont think thats the issue, the series wasnt so focused or serious as it became and it wasnt with this arc, it was with the named in the previous arc.

I seen authors doing shifts, Nagina started as a harem Harry Potter before it turned into Dragonball Z ... you still had the fanservice and the gags but it wasnt the same as it started, it also started slowly in the shift kinda like this one and not a abrupt shift like Usagi Drop that completely changed with a timeskip.

I dont want to read this as another shounen action series, I also dont like when authors do this ... I read Nue no Onmyouji that I know what it is, I also read Dandadan that I know what it is.

And since I am at it, this started in chapter 73 and we now in 86 that doesnt sound much until you remeber this is a monthly series and speaking of long running arcs, I also read Tsugumomo and I am tired of the Attack on Tsuzura Temple arc, not to say that fucking Isekai arc run for far too long ... so a shift coupled with long running arcs is a problem for me and I suspect many other people, I dont want to read this until its over and I know its not over yet.
